Community Action administers the Columbia Gas of Kentucky Low Income Furnace Replacement 
Program, which provides no-cost furnace replacements to eligible households.

Many families who qualify for the program are not aware that assistance is available. Hearing directly 
from participants can help other households understand how the program works and whether it 
may be right for them.
