If you smell gas or have some other emergency situation, immediately leave the building. Once you are in a safe location, call our 24-hour emergency response number at 1-800-432-9515. If natural gas lines in your home or property are damaged or leaking, immediately leave the building or area. From a safe location, call 911 and then call Columbia Gas of Kentucky at 1-800-432-9515.
